Payment
earthegy accepts payments by paypal and all major credit cards. If you pay by echeck through paypal they will put a hold on your payment, usually for 5-7 days and your order be shipped once it clears. If you are having problems with your credit card payment, 99% of the time it is because a number on the card was entered incorrectly at checkout. If you're still having problems and have tried more than once, please contact me at [email protected] and I may be able to figure out the problem. 5.3% Virginia state sales tax will be added to all orders in Virginia upon checkout.
Shipping
earthegy ships within the US using First Class USPS Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Shipping upgrades are available upon checkout to priority or express mail. All orders are packed and shipped within one business day. For international shipments earthegy offers International First Class without tracking or priority. International first class shipments can take up to 8 weeks to arrive depending on the country. International priority shipments can take 6-10 business days to arrive according to the USPS, but I can not guarantee any international delivery times. Customs may decide to hold your package or you may be ordering an item that is not allowed in your country. Please check your countries import laws before ordering. Any customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 45 days of purchase. Please contact me at [email protected] for the return mailing address. Shipping charges are not refundable. Clearance items and digital downloads are not returnable or eligible for a refund.
Please note, I do not cover the postage cost to return items, but I will cover the cost to send back a repaired item or replacement.
How are orders packaged?
All items are shipped in a pillow box or paper packaging perfect for gift giving. Invoices, packing slips, and pricing information will NOT be included in your package unless you specifically request it.
Can I have a discount?
I offer weekly flash sales for newsletter subscribers. If you'd like to receive them, sign up is here. I also offer wholesale discounts for large orders that anyone can use. Info on how that works is here.
Do you take custom orders?
Sorry, I can no longer take custom orders, I just don't have the time anymore.
Do you have a printed catalog you can mail me?
No. Because I carry a lot of one of a kind pieces by the time I had something printed it would be obsolete.
Do you have a location I can visit in person?
Nope. I work from my home and only sell online.
Can rings be resized?
Rings with stated sizes are not adjustable, and if you need to know your ring size, there's a free ring sizing kit you can print here. Some of the rings I offer are adjustable. Please include your ring size in your order for a perfect fit on an adjustable ring if you would like me to size it before shipping.

What about wholesale and the affiliate program?
For wholesales orders I offer a discount for large purchases and you can mark them up to whatever retail price you want. Or you can just buy a lot of stuff for yourself! Click here for wholesale info. If you become an earthegy affiliate the current commission rate is 10%.
